just picked up new car today fine on test drive its 3 years old meriva easytronic when in in automatic it kept pulling back when on mod hill and going at speed also overtaking any ideas as only used to manual
prev where is the fuse for the fan on a ford mondeo 1996/97 auto

Probably nothing to do with gearbox, more likely a restrictor to stop you over reving when engine oil is low.

Check your engine oil level.
