to find a friend's son's father

a friend of mine has not had any cash of her x husband for ten year's to look after her son and we both do not know how to go about we go about finding him to get all the cash she is owed of this man. can any one tell us how we can find him. thank you

salvation army . csa .she wont get any money if he aint payed for ten years ,you can bet your life he aint been saving it up .i wouldent bother he dont seem much of a man .and you may open a can of worms .csa wont back date if he is on dole she may get about two quid a week if its csa,she may get twenty five a week and if he is paying towards the child he will have more chance of contact,through courts and what if he dose all that and then lets her boy down.

which is your biggest dilemma. the friend with the police record or this friend with the missing father? or is it the same friend?

iam a friend and she does not have the internet so that is why iam dooing this for her

I left my ex in '95 and he paid nothing until 2006. I went via the CSA and fought hard to get any where with them as they did with him. He left job after job as soon as bosses told him the CSA were about to garnish his wages which meant once again they had to start from the beginning. He owe'd over �10,000. The CSA can find him via is NI number or tax records

I did get a payment in Dec 06, 11 years after I first made a claim - �5,000 in a lump sum. Why? Because I told the CSA I wanted to make a claim for compensaiton against them for mismanagment of my account. 6 months later, I got half of what he owed me and I was happy with that.

Generally speaking though, the CSA are poo!
