Make the first guy out a seeker. At the end of the diving board, make him a roofer. Before he reaches the anchor, make him a stopper.
Make another guy a seeker. Just before he reaches the water, make him a roofer. While he's moving left (important!) make him a beater.
Make any other guy moving right a beater.
Done.
