Yes it will. And get eaten by moths and take a lot of looking after.

My daughter has just bought a cashmere jumper from GAP and we were told to dry clean only. How did you wash yours?
I have a cashmere jumper which I wash by hand, slow spin, then hang over the line from under the arms. I have used my de-fuzzer on the bobbly bits & it still looks as good as new.
