anybody know how to treat these? I bought some vitamin k cream but it hasnt made any difference, if laser surgery the only answer

The best way to remove them is by laser treatment I'm afraid. As with most medical conditions, the earlier the treatment the better.

I wouldn't bother with laser - I'd have them surgically removed if they are over 4mm and deep.

Unless they're on your face, of course.
