I've never understood why it should be illegal for anyone, male or female, to be totally naked anywhere (whether that be on the beach, in the street or shopping in Tesco). We need laws to protect people from physical or emotional harm but prohibiting some forms of behaviour just because other might not like it is an infringement of basic liberties.
As far as the breast-feeding issue goes, it seems that the politicians are finally displaying some common sense:

Hopefully, they'll soon allow us all the freedom to display our bodies, whenever and wherever we like.
