Freezing Leftovers
4 Answers
Good people, I seek guidance. I made a large batch of chicken curry on Saturday night, proceeded to eat what I thought was a generous helping then refrigerated the remnants. It's now Monday and the curry is still lurking in the fridge. Is it too late to freeze what's left or do I have to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next 24 hours? I thank you.

On a slightly saner note, I've recently blanched and frozen all the excess veg in my fridge in an experiment to see if we can waste less stuff.
The stew, or 'Scouse', I cooked a month ago and defrosted last night hasn't killed us yet. I had similar worries to your initial ones in that I didn't get round to freezing it for two days. We're not sick yet though, and it was delicious, even more so than if we'd eaten it fresh according to my hubby. So there it is.
