ABS light
3 Answers
Ive just noticed that on my new used car. the ABS light doesn't come on with the others when I turn the key in the ignition. The car definately has an ABS pump under the bonnet and was sold with a 12 month MOT. I thought that a visual test of these warning lights was part of the MOT these days? Ie. they all light up and go out again within a set time. Or is it only if it stays lit all the time, thereby tempting the dealer to remove the bulb and hoping the tester wont notice? I definately smell a rat!!
Anyone know the position as regards MOT.
Thanks
