Help quick - split cream......eeek!

I am in the middle of making a cream sauce and the cream has split, any quick, quick fix ideas???

That's a tough one War - did you have it at too high a temperature? If so, let it cool a bit and try whisking in some butter - that MIGHT work.

And isn't it about time you sent me an e to let me know how you are progressing? :)

Hi BBW, that is exactly what I did, beat it with a whisk and it seems to have been remedied, thankfully. I was too busy pussyfooting around the kitchen doing other things (dancing mainly) and forgot about the sauce!

All is great with me (15 weeks tomorrow), havent been around much as have been back and forth to Belfast quite a bit. Will e-mail you later to tell you all the biz, hope all is going well with you.
