Threats at work

I posted on here a few days ago about how I thought my boss might be picking on me. http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Jobs-and-Educat ion/Jobs/Question446771.html
Anyway, now she has asked me to work almost 3 weeks in a row with no day off. I said no, as did my other half who is also a manager there and she said thats ok. Then I came back from my break and she said "has your man spoken to you because he's agreed to you working the days" She basically said she wants me to do the shifts but if I don't there is someone else who will but she doesn't want to see me go because I know the ropes now. In other words I do the shifts or they'll get rid of me. This means at LEAST 19 days in a row of 7.15 to 8.15 starts with a 3 hour break and then working till between 11pm and 1am depending how busy it is, except sundays which is an 8 or 9 hour straight shift. I'm paid min wage and I've only been there a month so they can still get rid of me. Does anyone have any advice??

I often work up to 12 days without a day off, I was supposed to work thursday thru to tomoorrow this last week but after being so busy last saturday i got cover for sunday and only went in on the bank holiday. But usually i would have worked right thru the weekend and BH too. noone ever says it is not legal to do that! All the managers do the same, and when we have the late openings we do 2 12 hour shifts and a 6 day week!!! And my sons say , 'you only work in a shop mum!'
