Failed IVA
I have recently failed an IVA after paying almost 4 years of
the agreement. Rather than go down the bankruptcy road, the practitioner has issued a notice of non compliance, which means that I now have to deal with my creditors directly once again. Unfortunately, after 3 years, I destroyed most of the paperwork from my creditors, meaning I have no record of my initial debt to them. Fortunately though I have recently landed a job with a much higher salary, so this may not be a problem.
I would like to ask the company which ran my IVA for a complete list of how much I owed each creditor, both at the start and at the end of the agreement.
Does anyone know if they are legally obliged to provide this, as I am a little wary about the amount I have paid them and how much my creditors have actually received.
If they refuse to provide this, can I apply through the Freedom of Information act for it, and does this act cover personal financial information held on database.
Thank you.

I would assume that as your IVA has failed they should send you a chairman's report stating what you have paid in and how much you still owe (not 100% sure of this though!).
