Kitten not eating
3 Answers
Hi, I have two 13 week old kittens - a male and a female. I have had them for two weeks and they have been eating fine; the boy eats wet and dry food and the girl, only dry food. When I picked them up the owner had said not to worry if the female doesn't eat a lot because tends to only have a few biscuits, so I havenb't been worried with her small appetite.
However, the past two days she has eaten virtually nothing, although she is still playing fine and is purring and seems happy, but keeps licking and biting my hubby's and my toes and arm! Anyone know if she might be deficient in something? I am going to pick up some kitten milk today. Thanks all.

my two were exactly the same i have male and female 6mths old now and my female was and still is a very little eater, i have changed there food so many times trying to find the right one in the end i found adult food she profers but they still have kitten dryfood aswell so they are still getting there goodness they need, it is really nothing to worry about she seems happy still playing and being a kitten, if you could see mine now he is a big boy and she so small and squany looking but she is very happy in her self and vets are not worried about her. If you do start getting worried then have a word with the vet.
