what part of a black fire extinguisher must u never touch and why?

The bottle it's self I think - because the black ones have Co2 in and it. Your hand would stick to it as it empties.

jimjools is absolutely correct,only hold co2 extinguishers
by the firing lever,after first having put the nozzle into the position for fighting the fire,like said skin will stick to it because of its low temperature.
