I have become very cynical as I get older. Why is that. And does anyone else feel like that have to? Also, any tips on how to stop it
prev dont know what to do!

I am aware of that legend. Difficult taking gambles when you have offspring to consider. So don't think my cynicism has anything to do with that.

But I never take people at face value now, whereas I used to years ago. Now I always think they have an ulterior motive. Is that being cynical?

Or using your life experience wisely? Sometimes there's only a hair's breadth between the two, as long as you give people a chance before you condemn them, that's OK, in my book.

i am with you there petal,you realy need to know someone, there are a lot of people i thought were nice on the serfice accepted them ,only to find out they were not as i had seen them,so i do tend to not trust people [which is sad] but that is society
