I think its "the balled rick bob lowenstein" its a story song about a DJ in america, whose radio station gets bought out but a large firm that gives Rick a playlist and takes away all his artistic input. In the last verse he barracades himself in the studio and plays the tunes he wants.

"his name is rick bob lowenstien hes forty seven going on sixteen" or somthing like that
