i went on the carol vorderman 14 day detox, and omg it was awful. I lost 1/2 a stone in 3 days ( which was supposed to be the total over the 14 days). when i woke on the fourth day, I was shaking and sweating and could barely walk, i felt sick and like i was about to pass out! I'm not technincaly overweight, but i have put on a stone or so, so wanted a quick result, but not that quick! Im no wimp either, so it wasnt me being a wuss, lol. There are good tips in the book, like dry body brushing, drink loads of water and eating certain foods eg carrots etc. I'd say go to the library and find a book, save you buying one. good luck and have a good hols. x
