What operating system are you running ?
Does the pc eventually start up normally ?

It sounds like the boot files are not loading properly but more commonly this happens when the hard drive is failling. Is the hard drive making more whirring or clicking sounds than it normally does.
Forgive me is this is too simple a question to ask, but are you shutting down properly or just pressing the power button? If you don't shut down in the correct way scandisk will always check if something was wrong.
If the answer to anti's question is yes you shut down .... there are two possibilities

the first easier one

1. click on your start menu and open the run dialog.
2. type "cmd" and return (note: dont enter quotes)
3. Next type "fsutil dirty query c:"
4. If the return message indicates that the volume is dirty go to step 5
5 type "CHKNTFS /X c:". The X tells Windows to NOT check that particular drive on the next reboot.
6. After that finshes repeat step 3.
7. If it is no longer dirty then reboot and you should see no more ckdisk.

the problem then is .... you quite probably do have a problem ... so go to disk properties | tools ... and check the disc properly

If still no joy - and only as a last resort
