Changing Servers

I am on Tiscali Broadband but thinking of changing to Sky. Will Tiscali want Modem returned or does Sky just take it over? I have been on Tiscali 3 years so Modem is obviously not new. Many Thanks.

once your initial contract with tiscali has run out,( usually 12 months) the modem is yours to keep.
you can still use it with another isp if you don't wish to have a long contract with them ,as this usually is reliant on you having their free modem.
