Is it best to exercise before or after eating? I usually go to the gym in the evening, over dinner time, would it be better for me to eat earlier than this, or should I wait until I am finished at the gym?
I choose to have a snack a couple of hours before and a meal after, but that is partly because if I went home 1st I would'nt want to go back out to go to the gym, and I feel a bit sick if exercising on a full stomach
