Windows 98 Tool Bar

My daughter has acquired a PC with Windows 98 installed. When it opens, the opening tool bar is at the top of the screen - she wants it at the bottom.

OK, I'm sure it's easy - if you know how - but I don't!

Buenchico

Click on any 'blank' area of the toolbar. Keep the mouse button held down and drag the bar to the bottom of the screen. Release button.
