Premier Manager 98

I have a version of Premier Manager 98 by Gremlin for PC. However, I want to play it on Windows XP, but it only works once, which is staright after I install it. Does anyone know if there is a website where I can get a patch? I know its an old game, and they probably didnt bother making one, but was just wondering if anyone knew anything. I can't seem to get onto the developer's website (www.gremlin.co.uk), maybe because it doesnt exist anymore. Any ideas?

Me thinks you need to purchase the new version just like Micro$oft make you upgrade your operating system.......... and the rest..............
