Ok, no idea where to place this but I thought here would be appropriate.

I was on holiday a fortnight ago and my fridge freezer packed up. When I came back there was a really bad smell of rotten food and there was mould growing inside my freezer.

I have got a repair man to fix the fridge freezer and I have also discarded the contents and washed the insides with warm water and bleach. However there is a still a strong smell coming from the fridge freezer and I don't know what else to try, as the fridge itself has a bio cleaning something or other but there is still the smell of mouldy food.

Does anyone know what I can try to clean it up as no food can go inside my fridge as the smell latches onto it. Any suggestions would be nice as it's really bad and my fridge freezer is only 3 months old.

Try putting a container of Bicarbonate of Soda in the fridge and just leave it there.
That ought to remove nasty smells.
what make is the fridge freezer? usually that smell is caused by a liquid spilled inside the fridge. if you pull out the fridge and check the evaporator dish at the back you should find that that is where your smell is coming from. if you get some milton cleaner and wash the dish with a cloth your problem should be solved. if not keep getting the repair man out until the smell is gone. if its only 3 months old, the warranty will cover this until it is sorted out.
