Not ATM but I used to have te same prob with SKY
This was a notorious problem which affected many ondigital viewers and as far as I am aware has never really been resolved with the introduction of Freeview. We can't get cable in our area and had subscribed to Ondigital before it went into liquidation and so kept our set top box. We kept saying that we would get Sky installed but have never quite got around to it and instead just subscribed to topup tv because we don't have much time to watch tv anyway. It was mainly for the kids. Unfortunately , we still keep getting screen freeze problems every so often , black screen with red dot (aerial problem) or scrambled picture a lot. I've never known Ondigital/Freeview to be trouble free.
I have a Goodmans GDB2 box from Argos and it absolutely painfull to watch: freezing, restarting, pixilating. I was going to throw out the window but read on the internet about updating the firmware. It was a bit of a faff (null modem cables and hyperterminal sessions) but once it was updated it was perfect. So my answer is: has there been a firmware update for it (and I don't mean using the "search for updates" selection on the controller menu)?
Used to have this problem all the time with Ondigital. Sometimes sorted it by shifting the ariel but it was a real pain in the but. So glad I've gone over to cable.
