What do you want to calculate? Windows XP has a good calculator in the Start - all programs - accessories folder.

I use ESB's freeware scientific calculator available here. It has the advantage of allowing you to look back over the entries you've made on its on-screen 'paper trail'. Compared to this one, the Windows calculator comes way down the list.

you can even type any sum into the Google search window and it will calculate it.
