can anyone advise me as to how much meat I will need to provide a hotpot supper for 70 people? Thanks in advance.

Not sure what 500 g is. I'd allow 8ozs (that's half a pound) per person plus veggies, etc. And lots of wine!

I would say about 4 oz (125g approx) per person as well.

I would say 4-6oz each would be ok
