Well it would depend on what you normally cook! Things I cook are: spaghetti bolognaise; chilli con carne; tacos; shepherds pie; roast chicken; chicken risotto; roast beef; lamb chops; pork chops; chicken fricasse; sausage and mash; bacon and eggs; can't think of anymore off the top of my head!
steak and onions!!!!

slow cooker , braising steak, onions, little garlic... lots of red wine... oxo, gravy grans...salt and pepper and water

Throw all in slow cooker leave for 6 hours, may need a little cornflour to thicken gravy..

Yummy with creamy mash potato and steamed veg!!!

I'm the same...just so bored of thinking up dinners at the moment.

We have fajitas alot and now you can get lots of wrap kits like morroccan or jerk. They are tasty.

Shepherds pie using sweet potatoes for the mash makes a change and they are healthy too.
Farmhouse French

Buy a Baguette, split it in half lengthways.
Pull out the bread from inside, leaving two long hollow shells. Using a spoon, spread tomato ketchup along the inside base of each shell.

Use the microwave to make lightly scrambled egg: In a glass measuring jug, melt a small knob of butter, then add two large eggs and a small splash of milk, whisk together, then microwave until they are lightly scrambled (you must keep stopping and stirring). Make sure it is lightly set, not rubbery!

Spread the egg inside the shells, then add toppings of your choice - I then put on chopped pineapple, tomato slices, chopped ham then add a good sprinkle of grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake on a baking sheet at Gas mark 5 until the cheese is bubbling and the shells are golden brown.

You can serve these as they are, or serve with jacket potatoes, and corn on the cob, or salad. The bread you pulled out from the shells can be turned into breadcrumbs and frozen, to be used another day.
