my x partner is being taken to court and charged with bail for abh, attempted kidnap against me, drink driving, driving with no insurance and driving without consent will he be sent to prison he already has already been bailed on gbh of his ex gf and got 120 hours community service and 15 months probation he has also been to prison for fraud and deception. what is the minimum sentance he will receive
