pmsl = pi**ing myself laughing
sorry, just made me laugh out loud
now I KNOW some might find this cruel but... when my brother was a lad he decided to experiment and put a fly in a bottle of water, capped the bottle and the froze it.....when he defrosted it the next day the fly "thawed out" and was still alive and subsequently flew away . How long can these critters hold their breath....????!!!!
Sorry weall sometimes the textspeak just defeats me!
no worries bimbo123456, it was just quicker to type lol

evedawn, that is amazing, so they can survive the coldest of winters YUK
I was laughing, imagining what the fly was thinking as it flew away - "what the *%@ happened then?!"
I imagine it coughing n splutterng like a wee plane in trouble, ready for the death dive
I believe flies "breathe" through their version of skin, fly killer gets absorbed though this and into their nervous system and then it's lights out.
