sky on pc

anyone know how to get sky or foreign channels on my pc without a satelite reciever? ive got tv card already on my laptop but dont know other than that

If you've got ADSL, search google groups for web broadcasts and you should find some links (I was watching Arsenal v Charlton live yesterday, albeit in Chinese!)
