menopause symptoms

I would just like to say i feel for all you ladys going though the change!
Im 28 and im havin injections every month to bring on my menopause and am i sufferin! i am gettin the mood swings and major hot flushes, lucky for me though im only havin it for a few months but i am not lookin forward to the years to come

Oh, Ive never heard of such injections, sorry to hear that, why do you need to have them? (Ive been praying for an early menopause for 10 years lol)

i had a stomach opperation involvin, these jabs cost NHS �300 a time

It's not all bad. I'm 47 and everything's pretty hunky dory. Occasional hot flush, but you know, you deal with it.

I think we all get mood swings anyway, and I'm not sure some women don't use the menopause as a convenient excuse for them.

My only real 'problem' is that my monthlies are a bit upsy-downy. Floods one month and nothing the next.

It's like puberty - it only gets you down physically if you let it.

i no what your sayin saxy_jag but i shouldnt have to go through it at my age and am sufferin the hot flushes continous and i aint usin my symptoms as an excuse coz ive never had mood swings like these and the flushes before

I can cope with the symptoms but why oh why do I have to swop periods for a goatee chin beard?????

I am going through the menopause. An early one, so Dr tells me. But am on a low dose of HRT, and its helped me enormously. Never thought I would take HRT, but "touch wood" so far I feel great.
