I just saw a loreal ad which had at the bottom *model has natural hair extensions cared for by loreal blah blah"

As if we didnt know the adverts are fake anyway!

i was thinking, i wonder if anyone actually does believe it'll give them glossy hair, or that they arent really using a 15 year old to say "look, no wrinkles"?

i meant to add, what product /s have you bought that you were really disappointed with?
Mine would have to be dove summer glow. I knew it wouldnt work when i bought it but still got it anyway!
I think its disgusting, penelope cruz wore false eyelashes to advertise mascara and I dont want to talk about that awful nadine baggott or whatever she is called who has her wrinkles airbrushed...

they should all be done I tells ya
No I don't beleive but will probably never stop buying the stuff, hoping.
Women tend to believe everything you tell them, thats why advertising is mainly aimed at them, also all the women on Body & Soul, suffering from broken relationships, proves my point.
Question Author
bcause you told them all to have broken relationships? ? ? How does that prove your point?
bednobs, I never told them anything, they managed it all by themselves.
Hey, bedknobs! Judging from your previous, I'd say you've got a fair bit of medical knowledge. Have you ever seen the bottom of the screen in some of thes ads that say, "95% of women agree..." blah, blah, whatever? It usually says (in very small print) "tested on 34 women" - or something like that. Hardly a clinical trial, is it?
They're all rubbish. I still buy stuff, but only because it suits me, not because of what's said on the TV. And as for that Nadine Baggot - who the **** is she? "Celebrity beauty editor" what's that, anyway??
