Ikea Print

I have just bought a lovely print from Ikea of a group of people paddling, but fully dressed, so a winter type scene but very peaceful. I can't make out the artist as I want to find more of his/her work. Can someone help me please? I think it is someone Willis, 2001. Thanks all !
