AVG ? I'm surprised a computer engineer would recommend this. It's got a very poor reputation of late, and even manages to report a "false positive" on the installation file for "Bioshock", one of the most popular games at the moment. (A "false positive" occurs when a virus scanner decides that a programme or file is a virus). Either use "Avast!", which is free, or "NOD32" which is a paid for Virus Scanner. Both of these are vastly superior than either AVG or Norton.
