The introductory jingle on the Steve Allen Show on LBC Radio is "Wake-up, wake-up, it's a lovely morning" And Steve tells his listeners to throw back the duvet, get up and get out into the fresh air and enjoy the day.

Sound advice maybe, but if all his listener's were to take his advice, no one would be tuned into his show and he would be out of a job.
