travaling with monach next week to florida from manchester can any one tell me whats its like in the premirer seats

presume you mean premier seats, well you get what you pay for, more leg room [ a real bonus on long haul] free drinks including one before take off, better meals and service, thats why these seats go very quickly.
Have you already booked them ? then you will enjoy the benefits, if not, its difficult to do so at this late date.

forgot to add if I was flying Monarch [ I did fly with them to Goa but only the once, prefer other airlines] I would definately pay premier.
