1 Answers
I had day surgery just over 3 wks ago and was told by the nurse that durin my op, the oxgygen tube in my mouth stopped working and my oxygen levels dropped. She said that they had to quickly put a tube up through my nose instead, hence the reason for waking up covered in blood, as they said id has a huge nose bleed. Since my op i am continuously lightheaded, the doctor said it is to do with a nerve in my cervix sending the wrong meassage to my brain. Im not so sure, could they have damaged my sinuses as i have a pain in the corner of my eye and down one side of my nose causing my eye to water?????

If I were you? I'd ask for a referral to ENT.
If you can't wait because of the pain, you could go to A+E who will be able to check you through, and if they see you need ENT they will sort it for you.
There is nothing wrong with getting a second opinion for your own wellbeing.
Only you know your body and what it's telling you.
Best of Luck.
