You need know the number of hours a full time employee for the company works to calculate your per annum salary.

If full time = 40 hrs then a 30 hour pro rata salary is 30/40 (or 3/4) of 14,536 i.e. 10,902 pa gross.
This would "normally" equate to take home pay of 178.72 per week.

If full time = 37 hrs then a 30 hour pro rata salary is 30/37 of 14,536 i.e. 11,786 pa gross.
This would "normally" equate to take home pay of 190.11 per week.

"Normally" is used to signify a personal tax code 522L and no deductions (pension etc.).

...using your figure of 7.36 per hour (38 hours full time? i.e. 11,476 pa) would "normally" equate to take home of 806.50 per month.
