Oh i feel so bad
14 Answers
I've got a cold. Its just come on a couple of days ago. I didn't go to work today, i felt bloody terrible. I've spent most of the day on the sofa with my wonderful mum looking after me.
Has anybody else got a cold, or am i the only unlucky one here?

Elderberry syrup :
Pick some elderberries (about 2lb), remove them from their stalks & put them (after washing them) in a saucepan, with an equal amount of brown sugar.
Simmer till thick & syrupy (squash the berries while cooking to extract all the juice). Pour through a sieve into a jug & then bottle. It will keep in the fridge for up to 2 years.
Dilute a couple of spoonfuls in hot water & take before bed-time if you have a cold. Or you can make a nice "hedgerow kir" by mixing a little with a glass of white wine!! K xx
