media player

when i play anything in windows media player they sound
like pinky@perky ,can anyone solve my problem please

Sorry, can't really help you - but you have made me smile. I used to love pinky and perky.

Have you done the usual - updated sound card drivers, checked your connections, if the speakers are external?

Anyway - start - my computer - view system information (in left hand panel)

Click the hardware tab - then device manager

Scroll down and click on Sound, Video and game controllers

Now click on each of the sub-categories. If you see a yellow exclamation mark ( or other sort of warning) click on 'troubleshoot'. This will update your driver.

Sounds complicated but is straightforward.

Also, check that you have the latest Windows Media Player/

In Windows Media Player, click help - check for updates.
