You know you are not fat or overweight!
You are lucky to not have a problem like many many women do. Be grateful for what you have. Be glad that you don't weigh 20 stone and that you can walk around. Be grateful that you can afford to feed yourself nice and healthy food unlike millions of people around the world. Think about things that really matter in life, like love, travel, experiences, health, happiness.

I would be interested to know how old rachel is too.
I am 27, have always been a size 8 to 10, (was once a size 6 which was not good) but have always struggled with my body image. Whenever I haven't seen people for a long time and they say to me 'you're looking well' I know that they mean I look chubby.
I have had major things happen to me and wondered if you have too Rachel?
I actually had an arguement with my mum recently as I went to the doctors and they weighed me and measured my height and she told me I'd better keep an eye on my weight as 'my body index mass was much lower than it should be considering my height and weight', she told me if I became too underweight it would cause serious problems for me.
Needless to say I was pleased at this (having always thought that I'm fat, it's really nice having a professional telling me that I'm the opposite). My Mum was mortified! She's always known about my self image and when I was younger it put me in serious danger, yet I'm still the same now (I must just hide it better!)
Not sure if it's the same as your current situation, or have long you've been feeling like this for, but I more than know what you're going through.
Not sure of the remedies though as I've hunted for over 13 years and I haven't found one and would be delighted if anyone on here had any suggestions.
