renault radio code

Hi,
I have tried the two numbers that have been written onto the top of the unit 7962 & 6596 with no joy :-( the model number of the unit is RENRDW100-10 and prod No:- FD0003300094122 8200247062TM889. Think the S/n is KG0G0629441851.
Some other numbers are:-
TOM889 & 0094122
I have a feeling that the radio has been re-coded at some point. If it has, and I don't have the new code, does anyone know if I have any other option than to get it re-coded again? or get another radio altogether!!
