How would I know if my rabbit is pregnant? Is there something on the bottom of them that will show that they are pregnant?

They have a spot on their tummy and if it turns blue, they are pregnant, sorry, couldnt resist that!!

Seriously though, a trained person may be able to feel, but it is not recommended as you could damage the rabbit or its offspring, better just wait 40 days and if nothing happens, she was not pregnant.
