Even if the record says the complain not upheld, why should it be noted at all? If record does say this, is it on record for life as far as sssc concerned? If someone gets points on driving license say, the points are noted for 3 years, but this is after being caught/admitting to driving charge.
If people innocent why should their record have anything written on it?? I could understand maybe if someone committed offence but their wasnt enough evidence to convict on that occasion, for theinfo to be kept in case of future problems.
