getting ringtones for samsung t100

If I order a polyphonic ringtone for samsaung t100, do I have to use wap or can I have it sent to email then download it via cable to phone, can't work out how to download tones (apart from using disk provided with phone) and manual unclear, folk keep saying use the wap but wap frustrates and confuses me, would rather use pc and cable.

It's best to persevere with the pc and cable idea. After you plug your cable in, run the disc, which will have an easy to understand set up wizard. After this you can order a disc with thousands of ringtones off E Bay for about 3 Quid, instead of paying this for a single tone. I have a disc with thousands of tones, games and wallpapers on it.
