i have been split up with my husband 13 years can i do my own divorce and how much does it cost ,i am working but he does not .

If you are in England or Wales it will be straight forward and relatively cheap to get your divorce.

You have grounds - five years or more seperation.

i think its about �150 for the divorce and the paperwoork and about �30 for the absolute

I did it this way and it cost �180 in total, Gina32 is right (tho' this was 4yrs ago so may have gone up). It was relatively easy to do, the forms were complex but not impossible and it only took about 3 months to finalise. The court staff were very helpful also. Good luck.

yes i agree, i went to the court when my absolute was due and they did it there and then for me, it really is very easy and quick, usually
