Ok, heres what's bugging me.
Is it REALLY true that if you skip meals or dont eat much your body actually stores your fat???
I understand it yes, but it is hard to believe when you see sufferers of anorexia. They skip meals but theres not an ounce of fat on their bodies. It doesnt add up does it?
I recently read that when people said "Skipping Breakfast Makes You Fatter In The Long Run" it was because people who skipped were tempted to pig out later which makes more sense but theres still that rumour about your body's natural response.

Help VERY VERY much needed!!!

A little more often is worth paying heed to. The stomach needs something to have as a work in progress.
the reason anorexics dont store fat is because they stop eating altogether n use up all their fat and their muscles, they basically start eating themselevs until their bodies can take no more n pack in. It's really ot a sensible thing to do.

Eating breakfast sets u up for the day if u have a good healthy brekkie like wholegrain cereal n a piece of fruit you will feel better energy wise and not get those mid morning hunger pangs. ur better eating a big brekkie then smaller portions through out the day.

i saw ur question on calorie intake. I hope ur planning on eating sensibly.

i have either weetabix or bran flakes with banana every morning and it has meant that i am fitter and healthier than lots of other 72 year olds
And third question of the night about calories.

i dont know but i will tell what really annoys me its the secretaries at work filling their kettles out of the river rock water machine instead of putting them under the tap like normal human beings
so are you saying these secretaries actually know how to brew up?????
oh yes they sit round in their little knitting circle at 3.30 pm like a witches coven god forbid you should disturb their tea break, meanwhile us mortals have to lug round the river rock bottles twice a day despite having no back care training
Breakfast like a King
Lunch like a Prince
Dinner like a pauper
I havent eaten breakfast since I was a teenager, I just can't eat until I have been up for a few hours, I tend to eat from teatime until bedtime. I have never been much more than 7 and half stone unless Ive been pregnant so I would say that it may be true for some people that their body would store fat but not for me.
i don't eat breakfast have a small stack i.e yogurt or crisps at midday and a small meal in the evening i am a little big but thats my old pregnancy tummy!
I always have breakfast :-)
