MObile phone

My mobile phone has been playing up lately. It is a slide phone and everytime I lift it from my desk, pocket or bag, it has dialled into the internet and I have no way of knowing how long it has been doing this. It has also phoned people without me knowing, the only thing I can suggest is that the lock function is very sensitive and when it is sitting upside down on my desk, or in my bag or pocket, that it is managing to unlock itself and dial.
It has only started doing this in the past fortnight and I am dreading my next bill.
It also does not accept picture messages, even though it is supposed to, I get no notification of them at all, and the camera no longer works.
I am on a 12 month contract, halfway through and was wondering if it is worth my while ringing O2 and asking if they will replace my phone with another one that works properly, or whether they will just refuse. I would quite happily settle for a cheaper, lower model than I have now

I found that it was way too easy to accidentally connect to the net on my phone, so I set a PIN number on it. I would imagine that this is possible on most phones and should prevent yours accidentally "dialling out".
Your handset wouldnt happen to be a samsung e900 would it or a lg chocolate by any chance? I had a e900 but i got rid of it because the upper keypad was too sensitive, and kept dialing out, or if you were sending a text msg and press the wrong button it would throw you out and you had to start from scratch. Also kept connecting to the internet.i swapped mine for a samsung d900i.
