Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Can anyone please confirm that My Weekly crossword solutions can still be entered on paper. Before recent changes it was said that you need not cut the magazine but this is missing in the new format and I wish to enter but also to pass the mag on to a friend without cutting

I noticed this too ..as I always pass my magazine on but my neighbour isn't too bothered about the cuttings out .For example this week there are ads over the back of the crossword pages but I can see the point if it was an article you wanted to read .However you could try emailing them at

Thanks Shaney I have done that and will post if I receive a reply. Cryptic crossword 6 has part of a story on the reverse and I have not been sending in since changes so far. I'm interested to know your view on the changes to magazine - personally not too keen so far!

No ..I am not that impressed wendy ..I have read this magazine for years as my Mum always read it .I am a keen knitter and they used to have lovely patterns but there don't seem to be any lately !
I hope they don't go the way of these gossip mags !

Funnily enough Shaney my Mother always took this magazine too and when I visited I was sometimes able to help finish the crossword on the few occasions she didn't, before she passed it on to me. After she died I continued to buy, largely because I liked that crossword and most of the stories. Certainly missing Millgate Court - sad isn't it!

Yes ..I miss that too ..I followed it for ever ! But I was wondering if the lady who wrote it packed up through ill health ..I seem to remember she had suffered from oral cancer at some stage .
Nothing stays the same wendy ! I sometimes think I live in the past !
