3GB Broadband
When a broadband ISP offers 3GB a month usage, I don't know what this covers? Does surfing use it, or Is the 3GB for downloading - at the moment I have dialup so have no idea of what to choose for broadband. Would appreciate advice.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Usually I just surf the web, I no longer download music, and as yet have not downloaded a film.
