Hi, Wonder if anyone can help. We have just moved to another house, with a combi boiler worcester 24i/28i Junior series. The pressure Guage is under 1 when it should be between 1.0 - 2.5. The instructions do not tell you how to fill up the boiler to increase pressure. There is i knob underneath, but that relieves excess pressure from the boiler by releasing water?? Any body know how or have a similar model??? PLEASE HELP!!

You need to look for the filling loop usually a silver braided flexible hose somewhere under or very close to the boiler, fixed to the pipes. One end should be attached to the cold feed & the other end fixed to the heating retun pipe. just attach the end that is hanging loose then turn on the valves at each end of the hose until the pressure reaches approx 1 bar then turn off the valve's & dissconect the hose again. the hose is only a temp filling device & should not be left permanently in position.

The only flex pipe was attatched to a red knob. When i turned it, it released the water and now the pressure is at zero. There doesnt seem to be any feed or loose pipes anywhere around the boiler. Any more suggestions?? Thanks Gasman.

Thanks anyhow mate ive sorted it. I found a key which slots into a pipe and then the release valve becomes a refill valve. Thanks.
